Dan McNeil is an experienced economic geologist with over 20 years of experience including extensive experience in Nevada. He specializes in the research and exploration of base and preious metals and is the founder of Vector Geologic Solutions. Previously, he was an exploration geologist with Barrick.

Mr. Scott is an accomplished professional with over 20 years professional experience in accounting and corporate compliance, corporate finance, and merchant and commercial banking. He is a CPA, CA, and CFA and has spent the last 18 years as a Senior Officer and Director of several issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Melissa Martensen is an experienced administrator with over 12 years as a corporate secretary, primarily in junior mining companies. Prior to transitioning to junior mining, she worked in private banking at RBC. Ms. Martensen graduated with a degree in finance with UNBC in Prince George. She is a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada.

Mike Slater is an Investor Relations professional with experience in shareholder communications and capital markets outreach across the mining sector. He currently supports Bullfrog Gold’s investor engagement efforts and has previously held investor relations roles with Copper Giant and Outcrop Silver.
