Ian Slater is a seasoned mining executive with over 30 years of industry experience. He has founded and led numerous mining companies and is a Chartered Accountant. Previously, he served as Managing Partner of EY’s Canadian Mining Practice.

Mr. Harris is a mining engineer with over 20 years’ experience leading mining projects worldwide. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Outcrop Silver and Copper giant. Mr. Harris was previously Senior Vice President and Country Manager of Corriente Resources through commencement of construction at the Mirador mine in Ecuador, leading to the sale of Corriente for $690 million.

Mr. Nagle is an entrepreneur that has been in the energy industry since 2002. Previously, he held various management and executive roles. He has consulted for clients such as Suncor Energy, Stantec Consulting, Teshmont Engineering, BluEarth Renewables and UPC Renewables.
